Shipping & Perishables

Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for spoiled or lost products resulting from incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Weather & Transit: While we package our goods to maintain freshness, we are not liable for quality degradation caused by extreme weather conditions or carrier delays once the package has left our facility.

Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of food and beverage products, Illusion Goods Company cannot accept returns on coffee beans or tea leaves once they have been shipped.

Damage/Errors: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, you must notify us at orders@illusiongc.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the packaging.

Subscriptions
If you sign up for an Illusion Goods Company subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account portal, provided the request is made before the scheduled billing date. -
Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Illusion Goods Company, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of any of our products. -
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Illusion Goods Company operates.
